TPM 2017-003 – Consideration and possible action on a request from Wesley K Brockmann and David & Martha Evans, Trustees for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a ± 45.99 acre parcel into two separate parcels creating a ± 40 acre parcel and a ± 5.99 acre parcel. The property is master planned Residential Medium Density in the RR-1 (Rural Residential, 1 Acre Minimum Parcel Size) zoning district located off of Spring Road, Fernley, NV. APN# 021-304-06.
