Discussion and Possible Action to accept the City of Fernley's Communications Plan for FY 2018-2020.

PCF 2017-003 - RB Sage Ranch, LLC
Presentation, discussion and possible direction on a Pre-Conference Feasibility report for Sage Ranch Estates Phase 2 Subdivision to allow for 162 single family residential lots. The proposed project site consists of ±149.5 acres of land generally located at the ends of Cable Canyon Way, Seabiscuit Drive, and Saddle Horn Way, directly south of the Truckee-Carson Irrigation District (TClD) Canal. The project site is zoned RR-½ (½ acre minimum lot size) with a Comprehensive Plan land use designation of Residential Medium Density on ±49.7 acres and Residential Low Density on ±99.8 acres High Density (APN: 022-331-01).
