Fernley Convention & Tourism Authority Grants

Monday, November 2, 2020: The Fernley Convention & Tourism Authority (FCTA) is accepting grant applications now through November 30, 2020 for the second grant cycle of fiscal year 2020-2021. These funds are for projects, events, and/or activities that will promote tourism in Fernley, Nevada during the period of January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021. All applications must be received by 5:00 pm on Monday, November 30th, 2020. The FCTA Board will review grant applications and make grant selection during their December 7, 2020 meeting. The meeting starts at 6:00 PM and may be a Zoom web conferencing call depending on the current COVID-19 social gathering restrictions. Grant applicants will be notified when the agenda is available for review. Attendance or participation during the web conference meeting is strongly encouraged. Applications without representation at the web conference meeting may not be considered for funding. Please read the FCTA Grant Guidelines prior to completing the FCTA Grant Application.

Mandatory Grant Applicant Meeting

The FCTA grant application process for Round 2 of Fiscal Year 2020-2021 is coming up in November and there will be some significant changes in the application process. The City will hold a mandatory meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 5:00 – 6:00 pm through Zoom to explain the changes. To register for the meeting please click the link below.
