Development Code

The development code is a set zoning and development regulations and requirements adopted by City Council to promote public interest, health, safety, morals, convenience and general welfare. The Development Code is found in the Fernley Municipal Code, specifically Title 32 Zoning. The Development Code is divided into four parts:
