HOW TO RESOLVE A WARRANT:
The following outlines the options available for resolving an outstanding warrant at the Fernley Municipal Court:
- Surrender yourself to the court on any Monday morning (excluding all holidays) before 8:30 a.m. and be seen by the Judge.
- Post the full bail amount at the court and receive a new court date.
- Post and forfeit bail at the court (depending on the charge).
- Surrender yourself to the Lyon County Jail.
Please note: With an active warrant, you are subject to arrest 24 hours a day.
