Court Dress Code

Appropriate attire is mandatory for any court appearance, whether as a participant in a case, a witness or an an observer. Dress conservatively. You should refrain from wearing shorts, tank-tops, halter-tops or shirts that show your midriff. All hats and sunglasses must be taken off prior to entering the courtroom.

Men:

  • Shoes
  • Long Pants
  • Collared Shirt

Women:

  • Shoes
  • Dress, Skirt or Long Pants
  • Blouse or Casual Dress Shirt

All persons and property are subject to search prior to entrance into the courtroom.
